Industrial MD resource articles are researched and drafted with AI assistance. A person then checks the draft against primary sources before publication. Typical sources include OSHA standards and letters of interpretation, FMCSA or other federal agency rules when the topic requires them, and state agency guidance when a state-specific process is described.

We do not treat a model output as a finished article. Claims about recordability, reporting timelines, clinic routing, or return-to-work limits are checked against the cited rule or letter, not against another article on this site.

Articles are reviewed before they are published. The live page shows the original publication date and the date the CMS row was last updated. Those dates describe the page, not a clinical encounter.

When a named human reviewer exists for a specific article, that name can be attached in the CMS and will appear on the page and in structured data. We do not fill that field with an AI system, a tool name, or a placeholder person.

If we find an error — a misstated OSHA criterion, a broken citation, or a process that no longer matches current agency guidance — we correct the article and leave the updated date visible. Corrections are not hidden behind a new URL.
